
Our History San Francisco Provident Loan Association is a collateral lending institution that works exclusively with jewelry, fine art, wine, and collectibles that has also evolved into the largest purchaser of estate jewelry in Northern California. We have been a discreet fixture in San Francisco since 1912, and are located next to the old historic U.S. Mint building located at 5th & Mission Streets. With our history in this city and our emphasis on exquisite and rare things, we have earned our premier status as the leader in the purchasing of jewelry from the public, large collateral loans, appraisals and other related services.
